Personal care services include assistance for recipients under 21 with activities of daily living to accomplish tasks that they would normally be able to do for themselves if they did not have a medical conditional or disability.

Homemaker services provide assistance to persons with the inability to perform one or more of the following activities of daily living:
- Housekeeping
- Including but not limited to light cleaning and repairs
- Meal preparation
- Assisting during shopping and groceries
Respite care is a service that provides supportive care and supervision to recipients under the age of 21 when the primary caregiver is unable to perform the duties of a caregiver. This service is used due to a brief planned or emergency absence, or when the primary caregiver is available, but temporarily physically unable to care for or supervise the recipient for a brief period of time.
Life Skill (Companion) provides essential assistance to the elderly and disabled adults at their home or accompany them on errands or activities outside the house.

Private duty nursing (RN/LPN) is skilled nursing care provided 24hr 1 to 1 continuous care administrating medications and supporting needs and activities of daily living (ADLs).
